CUSTOMER CARE

Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.


USE OF OUR WEBSITE

When you use this website and place order through it, you agree that:
1. Use of this website is to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.
2. Provision of all information and details by you are true, current and complete.
You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary.
3. You are over the age of 18 and are legally eligible to access and/or order from this website.
4. Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
5. You shall be responsible for your access to and/or use of this website and its materials.

We take security very seriously. When creating a user account and password, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these T&Cs.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All product orders are subject to availability.
In the event should there be any difficulties faced, 
we will inform you on this, of which could be due to such possible reasons.
·  Technical glitches which result in inaccurate product availability and/or no more items left in stock.
·  Where your item is deemed defective before delivery and the defective item is the last piece in stock. We will not ship them out as it is our policy to only sell quality products. 

We reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of same or higher value that you may order. If you do not want to order the substitute products, we will cancel your order and all amounts paid will be reimbursed to you in full. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be reimbursed to you in full.


ORDERS & PAYMENTS
To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure.
You shall be responsible for ensuring that you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colours/sizes before checking out. We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be liable in the event the wrong colours/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.

Upon submission of your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your receipt of order (the "Order Confirmation"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes your offer to us to purchase one or more items from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms the item has been dispatched (the "Shipment Order Confirmation"), at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through this website in our sole and absolute discretion. If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you on this, of which could be due to such possible reasons.
·  Product ordered is no longer available in stock.
·  Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice.
·  We are unable to obtain authorization of payment and/or if we suspect and fraudulent activity.
·  We have identified an error in the price or description of the product
·  We are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.


All prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter. We reserve the right to amend the price of any Product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. Please complete payment at the moment your order was placed as all unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after an hour. In the event that any Product has been mispriced on this website, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and notify you of such cancellation, regardless of whether or not the products have been dispatched or are in transit and whether payment has been charged to you.

- Bank Transfer (Bank Counter or ATM / Cash Deposit machine)


BACKORDERS / PREORDERS
Items that are Sold Out/Out of stock will selectively be on Backorder based on demand and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only. Arrival time for Backorder/Preorder for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items. In any case where an in-stock & Backorder item(s) is ordered together, we will only ship the order when the Backorder item(s) arrives.

There may be delayed Backorder/Preorder due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, insufficient stocks arrived etc.
For delayed Backorder/Preorder less than 14 days, c
ancellation and/or refund of order is not applicable.
For delayed Backorder/Preorder more than 14 days, cancellation and/or refund of order is applicable.
A full refund will be made within 7 business days.


DELIVERY
When you place an order, the cost of delivery will be displayed.
All orders will be dispatched out to our local delivery partner within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated / under Backorder) upon payment verification.

All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not accept combined shipment requests for two separate orders.

Your products are under the responsibility of our local delivery partner and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. If delivery of your product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the product will be dispatched after it becomes available. The time of delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our agents are liable for any delay of delivery.

BOUNCED PARCELS
We will keep in touch and contact you via email, should we receive a bounced parcel.
Please note that in the event of a bounced parcel, we may charge you storage costs, and further delivery costs, or cancel your Order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the Product. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.

Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
We reserve the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.

TRANSMISSION ON OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS
The product(s) shall be under your responsibility from the moment of delivery to you (or a third party nominated to you).
You will take ownership of the product(s) when we receive full payment of all amounts due, including delivery charges, or at the moment of delivery.

MEASUREMENTS / REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, information and materials shown on this website are as accurate as reasonably possible. Please note that the images of the Products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. We do not warrant that product description or other contents on this website are accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate.

1. Minor variations in measurements (within 0.5” to 1.0”) will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
2. For printed items, please note that placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
3. Colours shown may have slight variance in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer calibration. We do however, strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. As such, requests for exchange/return due to such reason will be rejected.
4. Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc.) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
5. All defective items are to reach us within 7 days for Singapore, or 14 days for international orders, upon item(s) received. All item(s) must be returned in original packaging/condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact). If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, all amounts paid will be reimbursed to you in full.


EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We try our best in doing quality checks before sending out any item(s). However, in the unlikely event of receiving a defective product or if you believe that you have received the wrong item, returns are to be made under the mentioned criterias.
Within 7 working days (SINGAPORE), upon item(s) received.
Within 14 working days (OUTSIDE SINGAPORE), upon item(s) received.
As of August 2020, returns policy will be extended to 30 days, from date of delivery.
Kindly note that after the duration has expired, we are unable to accept the return of any items.

In the event that you have made a wrong purchase upon receiving the item and wish to make an exchange, a return delivery fee applies. You will be responsible for postage costs of returned items.
Kindly note that all returned items are dealt via mailing only.

Please note that a
ll item(s) must be returned in original packaging/condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact). Shoes are to return in original packaging/condition (with dust bag, box and shoe covers). This does not include orders made with promotional codes (unless otherwise stated), accessories i.e. jewellery and bags, intimates, swimwear, sale items and all other items specifically stated under item description.


All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.

SALES & PROMO CODES
If you have a promo code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid.
Promo codes cannot be applied to an order that has already been made.

1. No reimbursements will be made for orders where promo codes are not entered at point of purchase.
2. Promo codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
3. Promo codes cannot be stacked, only one code may be used per order.
4. Promotions of any sort are strictly non-extensible.
5. Some promo codes may require to be logged in to redeem the discount.
6. Some promo codes might have restrictions to the number of times it can be used.
7. Promo codes are not applicable for Sale items (unless specified).
8. Sale items are not applicable for exchanges and returns (in the absence of a defect).
9. For promotions with a minimum spend requirement, your order must be at or over the required amount prior to the use or any promo codes for the discount to apply.
