EXCHANGE & RETURN

• I found a ‘defect’ on my item Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are not obvious under normal lighting, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment of seams and ‘defects’ that do not affect the general outlook of the apparel will not be considered as a defect. Requests for exchanges/ returns due to such reason will be rejected. • I found a defect on my item, but I’ve already washed it We are unable to accept your return of item, as it has already been washed. Please check your item upon receiving it. • The size does not fit me For one-sized items: We are unable to do an exchange for free-sized items that does not fit.
As measurements are clearly stated on our site. There may be a 0.5” to 1.0” difference in our given measurements.
As such, the variances will not be considered as a defect. Requests for exchanges/returns due to such reason will be rejected. For items with available sizes:
An exchange will be allowed.
However, exchanges due to this reason, will be charged with a processing fee. Reason being, measurements are already provided for every product on site.
• The print looks different from the website
Do allow slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.
Requests for exchanges/returns due to such reason will be rejected. • The colour looks different from the website
Colour of products may vary due to studio lighting used and may have slight variances on different screens, as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences.
Requests for exchanges/returns due to such reason will be rejected. • The fabric description from the website differs from the actual product
Fabric materials are best described to our knowledge. Unless the description of the fabric differs alot, requests for full refund will not be acknowledged.
