CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Please ensure that your return order is eligible for returns before making a return.
All exchanges & returns which do not meet the mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.

1. There is a defect on our merchandise.

Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching, discoloration and stains.

2. Wrong merchandise shipped or wrong merchandise size shipped.

3. All item(s) must be returned in original packaging/condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact). Shoes are to return in original packaging/condition (with dust bag, box and shoe covers).

4. Exchanges & returns do not include orders made with promotional codes (unless otherwise stated), accessories i.e. jewellery and bags, intimates, swimwear, sale items and all other items specifically stated under item description.

5. Exchanges & returns can only be made one time per order number. 

6. All items must be shipped back within the given duration.
Within 7 working days (SINGAPORE), upon item(s) received.
Within 14 working days (OUTSIDE SINGAPORE), upon item(s) received.
As of August 2020, returns policy will be extended to 30 days, from date of delivery.
Kindly note that after the duration has expired, we are unable to accept the return of any items.

7. You will be responsible for postage costs of returned items.

A one-time exchange can be made for the same design, to a different size or colour.

You may exchange to another item:
·  Exchange to a lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made
·  Exchange to a higher value item - A top up is required

RETURN GUIDE

FOLLOW THESE STEPS
1. Pack the item with the completed returns form together in a parcel.

2. Send your parcel with your preferred method of return to:

3. Upon approval, your returned item will be processed and any reimbursements will be made to you within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.


Please ensure that items mailed back are packed and sealed securely.
It is important that your return parcel is sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

We recommend returning defective items via ezyReturn, as any charges incurred using other modes of delivery will not be reimbursed.
